Reporting directly to the Sales Finance Lead, the Sales Finance Manager will be an operations and analytics advisor to the leaders and members of the KCP North America Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations. As an integral member of the team, the individual will be responsible for managing and influencing sound business decisions including strategy development, business planning, initiative-taking analysis, and value creation.

In addition, the individual in this role enhances the business value of the portfolio through growth incentive ownership and optimization. The individual has extensive interaction with senior leadership and a broad cross-functional team.

In your Associate Finance Manager role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU. In this role, you will:

  • Actively lead the formulation of strategies, objectives and plans to support delivery of the KCP North America Business Plan.
  • Review and manage all related investment decisions, ensuring Pre and Post evaluations are completed rigorously and deliver strong ROI for KCP.
  • Drive the achievement of sales, profit, and PWC objectives by unlocking the full potential value of an integrated organization focused on financial and sales accounting.
  • Provide a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to assure sound analyses, recommendations, and actionable programs arise for the business unit.
  • Provide leadership with advice and counsel on all pertinent business matters by supplying ongoing, timely, and meaningful analysis of actual performance, business plans, and other discreet projects.
  • Provide day to day decisions for all customer and business proposals related to optimum solutions to most benefit KCP while meeting customer needs.
  • Ensure application of established corporate controls.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support. Personally demonstrate Kimberly-Clark’s leadership behaviors.
  • Communicate fully with the Sales, Marketing and leadership teams who have a need to know. Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt, complete and clear.

The successful candidate will join the Kimberly Clark Professional North American Business Analysis Team and report to the RGM Implementation and Compliance Director.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in key operating systems - SAP, Vistex.
  • Evidence of driving and managing a change management culture
  • Ability to influence / drive change
  • Strong analytical / critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate accordingly
  • High degree of financial and analytics competence
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize tools and processes for continuous improvement
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
